Growing Amber tree from seed

Requires scarification before planting, cut with a knife along the edges.


Soak seed for 12 hours before planting.


Germination can take up to 40 days to occur. Keep seeds moist (but not dripping wet) and provide lots of light. Germination can be accelerated by using bottom heat.

Soil temperature should be kept higher than 20°C / 68°F to ensure good germination.
