Iris 'Tarheel Elf'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Tarheel Elf is thought of as very hardy, so this plant will tend to survive through freezing conditions. Try to keep the ph of your soil between the range of 6.1 and 7.8 as Tarheel Elf likes to be in weakly acidic soil - weakly alkaline soil.

Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 1.19 inches (3.05 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.99 inches (2.55 cm).

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Tarheel Elf is a very hardy plant.
