Enjoys a full sun position in your garden and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Rocambole is thought of as very hardy, so this plant will tend to survive through freezing conditions. Ideally plant in loamy soil and try to keep the ph of your soil between the range of 6.0 and 7.0 as Rocambole likes to be in weakly acidic soil to neutral soil.

Growing Rocambole from seed

Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 3.9 inches (10.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.98 inches (2.5 cm).

Transplanting Rocambole

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Rocambole is a very hardy plant.
