Garlic 'Hardneck'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Hardneck is thought of as very hardy, so this plant will tend to survive through freezing conditions. Hardneck requires a loamy soil with a ph of 6.0 - 7.0 - it grows best in weakly acidic soil to neutral soil.

Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 3.9 inches (10.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.98 inches (2.5 cm).

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Hardneck is a very hardy plant.
