Growing Scepter'd Isle from seed

Hybrid variety. Will not reliably grow true to type from seed
Not usually grown from seed but grafted onto root stock. In general roses will also strike from semi cuttings taken with a heel in mid summer.

Soil temperature should be kept higher than -5°C / 23°F to ensure good germination.
