Oeillet Panache is a summer flowering rose and is best trained and pruned after flowering. The blooms for the following year are formed on summer growth. Remove diseased, dead or crossing growth, and reduce the rest of the shoots by about a third to a half, cutting to just above an outward facing leaf joint bud.
