A disease resistant, healthy, robust plant although it sometimes fails to climb, a fault of the propagation technique when the incorrect buds or eyes have been chosen for propagation. It is not too rampant and can be used to cover small fences or garden outbuildings, being particularly suitable for use on feature poles in the garden or on veranda posts. ¹

Try to plant in a location that enjoys partial sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Iceberg, Cl is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Iceberg, Cl requires a loamy soil with a ph of 5.5 - 6.5 - it grows best in weakly acidic soil.

Iceberg, Cl. is a hybrid and it will not grow true to form from seed.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Iceberg, Cl is a hardy plant.
