Growing Cineraria from seed

Cover seeds only lightly, using potting compost with added vermiculite. Control ventilation to prevent damping off

Soil temperature should be kept higher than 20°C / 68°F to ensure good germination.

Transplanting Cineraria

Use in beds and boarders, pots and tubs, in a bright sunny position.

Ensure that temperatures are mild (minimum night temperatures should be around 10°C / 50°F) and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Cineraria is a tender plant.
