'Roman Wormwood' is a plant in the Artemisia (Wormwood) genus with a scientific name of Artemisia pontica.

Herbaceous perennial, the leaves form spirals of silvery/greyish green, with pale yellow tubular flowers from summer to fall. It repels fleas and moths indoors and will also repel insect larvae, however, do not plant close to anything else because it will inhibit growth of neighboring plants. The seed is deliciously perfumed.1

It is a flowering herb / ornamental that typically grows as a perennial, which is defined as a plant that matures and completes its lifecycle over the course of three years or more.
