Stripy Bizzy Lizzy

This is a well travelled Bizzy Lizzy and was bought for the begonia pot that I made for the Dame’s garden. I struggled back with it to Kent and it has stayed all summer in the Garden By the Gate. It has flowered constantly and even though I have taken cuttings, I jave had to bring it inside for the winter as I like it so much!

It is looking really well, just as if it has been newly bought from the nursery so I hop that the light is good enough inside to keep it compact over the winter until I can put it out again.

3.11.09 Oh dear, it is looking really ill, I think I have squashed its roots putting it in the pot and now it is very wilted. I’m not sure what to do with it, if I should pot it up again or just hang on and hope it perks up :(

It has large light pink and white stripy flowers and glossy bright green foliage

I have planted up the trough in the Warm and Sunny garden with pinks and purples, with purple and blues in the hanging baskets behind. I’m so pleased I have had loads of cuttings and matured seedlings to use

This planting has been archived (Harvested).
