Has flowering affected it’s growth rate or trap size at all?

Definitely not! Then again, I make sure to deadhead so the flowers don’t go to seed.

In fact, when I moved to a new place I put it on an even sunnier windowsill and it’s gone absolutely crazy – I’ll need to repot it soon.

Very nice then! I love the flowers on flytraps, but most people never let them flower.

I know, me too! They’re so delicate, and I love how they snake so high up from the plant so the plants that are pollinating them don’t get snapped up in the jaws. It’s evolution at work!
