Columbine

a dark blue/purple. Some are double but the ones that are now self-seeding are reverting back to the single type, which is fine as I like the single blossoms better anyway.

I would like to note that despite the ‘helpful’ care guide’s determination that my garden is not within the optimal zone range for columbine, this plant is in fact doing just fine in my garden and doesn’t need re-assessment. Though maybe the plant wiki does.

This planting is in the Frontyard garden .
