Potato 'Edzell Blue'

Got these from waitrose ages ago and they started chitting at the same time as the other potatoes I was purposely trying to chit…so, I thought I’d give them a go too.

I think they are Edzell Blue, but I’m not 100% sure – I remember from the packet that they were heirloom and scottish so this is my closest guess. If anyone has any other ideas, let me know! (In the photos: they are the blue ones towards the back)

Planted 4 in a potato bag with some fresh worm compost and newspaper shredding.

This planting has been archived (Other).

Purchased from Waitrose

Forgetting the name is a curse I suffer with. I started with 4 purple heirloom style from the Coop 2 years ago (maybe from Norfolk?) ate plenty last year and have enough to grow a row this year. Never seen them again in the Coop.
