Tomato 'Black Krim'

Sprouted at day 4, using Jiffy Organic seed starting mix and a heat source underneath the tray. Rapid plant growth, difficult to keep up with all the green growth, needs management and strong cage + ties. Totally worth it! This is an incredibly flavorful tomato. Must definitely grow regularly.

This planting is in the Back Yard Raised Bed garden .

I’ve pulled all tomatoes for the season a month back except for one of the Black Krim plants which I cut back, it’s still producing.

I LOVE this tomato. Juicy, rich layers of flavor. Pretty cut on a plate, even with a little cracking. Produced a mid-size yield, regularly over much longer timeframe than other varieties I tried.
