Latest Milestone Planting Out
I hope mine do as well from the seedlings I planted in the fall. (I grew them over the summer from seeds I collected from my 2007 plant.) Maybe I’ll wintersow the rest of the seeds I have left just in case. Thanks for giving me hope!
I always get lots of these plants when I wintersow and they bloom like this the first year. I just read recently where they are now classifying this as an annual Hollyhock, which might explain why they do not overwinter well for me. However, they always bloom the first year so maybe that’s why they don’t come back.
