Snake plant normally grows to a mature height of 1.20 metres (that's 3.90 feet imperial) so ensure you have enough space in your garden for this plant.

Try to apply water fairly sparingly.

Your garden's USDA Hardiness Zone (9a) is not within the ideal known range for Snake plant. The recommended range is between Zone 10 and 11. You may have to reassess this planting for suitability in your garden.

A soil ph of between 6.1 and 7.8 is ideal for Snake plant as it does best in acidic to alkaline soil so test your soil acidity often.
