Apricot Queen Seeds

This rather gangly volunteer is doing quite well even with abject neglect. At first it was this single arching branch about 3’ with barely any leaves and was nondescript. I’d thought it might be another odd species of oak that’s volunteered. But this year this single branch has finally stretched itself out far enough so it is getting more sun, putting out a bunch of new growth and this year it bloomed. What a shocker. Now I’m totally fascinated with it.
