Lettuce Mesclun Asian Salad Greens – Assorted Brassica spp. and Eruca sativa

Harvest: 21 – 45 days cool season crop. Plant early spring or late summer

Fresh or cooked, this delicious mix of Asian greens brings a new palette of colors and flavors.

Germinate: 7-14 days / Depth: 1/4" / Seed Spacing: 1/4" to 1/2" / Thinning not necessary for baby greens.

Nice blend of spicy and mild flavors, colors and textures. Harvest plants when small to use as fresh and tender baby greens or grow to full size for cooking. Contains equal parts of Arugula, Chinese Cabbage, Japanese Spinach Greens, Mizuna, Mustard Green, Mustard Red, Mustard Ruby Streaks and Tatsoi.

Plant 2 to 6 weeks before average last frost or as soon as soil can be worked in spring. Sow again in late summer for fall, early winter harvest. In warm climates, sow in fall for winter harvest and very early spring for spring harvest. Not recommended to start inside.
