Rocky Point Ice Plant

The Iceplants in the neighborhood seem to be in full bloom right now. I got the iceplant fever while admiring a gorgeous lavendar one in my neighbor’s yard. It seems at Home Depot they have a different color every week and when I saw a bunch of brilliant orange ones the other week I couldn’t resist and got a whole flat of them. I am using them as groundcover along the side of my house near my bird of paradise plants and under my royal palms to continue the orange color down the path. So far they are doing good, but I’m hoping they grow well and really provide the ground coverage I’m looking for. They seem to bloom like crazy here in March/April.
