I collected a couple types of seeds from our front yard today, including Butter Daisy, Bells of Ireland & more...

I collected a couple type of seeds from our front yard garden today. They included:

- Butter Daisy (Melampodium paludosum)
- Coriander (Cilantro)
- Bells of Ireland
- Sunflower ‘Lemon Queen (G2)’
- Cosmos ‘Sensation Mix’
- Corn (Variegated Ornamental)

The Bells of Ireland were pretty interesting. There were 4 seeds in each “bell”. I would pick each dry “bell” and squeeze the tip to dislodge the four seeds. I also noticed that there were some spikes at the base of each “bells” which I wouldn’t have seen, unless I removed them. There was also a unusual scent which I couldn’t quite place, it was kind of minty or orangano-like…
