Buds

09 Sep 2009
19°C / 66°F

These two lost all their leaves on the way home from the shop (as the vendor suggested might happen) but I’ve just noticed little buds forming on both trees. All good, we’ll see what comes.

I’ve heard that its good to remove young citrus fruit for the first two years, to help grow a robust tree. Just wondering what others think? Does this also apply to other fruit trees – apples, peaches, pears?
