One fruit is about ready to be harvested (albeit growing long and not very thick), with two more following closely behind. A few female buds had aborted recently, but now a few look like they may be blooming soon, thankfully.
Bad news was a number of leaves were afflicted by powdery mildew. This could be a potentially serious problem with the high humidity here. Have wiped the leaves with some baking soda solution, which hopefully will arrest the problem, and it won’t spread to the other plants. Probably have been overwatering lately so will try to hold back on watering later in the day too.
