That’s a direct quote yesterday from one of my city people upon eating a salad that had our own cucumbers, tomatoes, and radishes in it. (Too bad the lettuce never really thrived.) And the day before that I made zucchini fritters (my favorite zuch recipe). And tonight we are having chicken and zucchini kabobs on the grill. Tomorrow I’m going to try out what looks like a killer zuch bread recipe (light instead of dense and heavy)!
