I just harvested my first tiny radish. It was a French Breakfast radish, and it was almost entirely white, with just a bit of red at the tip. I was anxious to eat one before our current heat wave hit, so I pulled just one. This is my first harvest from my new garden, and I couldn’t be happier. I hesitated just long enough to photograph the radish and then ate it. :) I’ll post the photo later.
It was good, but seemed water logged. I assume that I should have let it crisp up in the fridge before eating it.
