A Rose is a Rose

19 Sep 2011
Sunny 19°C / 67°F

And these are blooming beauties right now! Even the little cutting of the pink climber that I rooted has recovered after being chewed to a stump by the rabbit – I just gave it to my friend Julie with a pretty pink bud on it.

They all look so beautiful.
Until when do the roses bloom in your area?

Some of them continue blooming into November. Not profuse blooming, though, maybe just one or two flowers. Except of course for the knock out Roses, which bloom profusely from April through November and sometimes into December if it isn’t too cold.
