Begonias in kitchen

Amarylis

During August this year by daughter gave me a couple of Begonias which she had been growing in her kitchen. She said they looked really lovely when she bought them but the flowers had finished & the plants looked rather sad. She thought I might be able to revive them – she was right, I did!

I’m going to post a picture I took the day she gave them to me & then what they look like now – a month later!

You’ve done a great job getting them back to their glory days. They are simply gorgeous. I particularly love the salmon coloured one.

Do you have any idea of what type of Begonia they are? The original labels have been lost.

These Begonias, (still unidentified!), are still flowering in the kitchen though the pink one has no flowers at present as they have dried up & fallen off. The Orange/Salmon coloured one has had a really wonderful display for quite a few weeks but the flowers are now coming to an end.
