After a few years with a disappointing harvest of quinces, my husband decided two plant to more shrubs.
And guess… this year I seem to have tons of them.
The recipes I most often use are for jelly, jam and quinces paste (the Portuguese ‘Membrillo’), but I’m wondering if someone has other ideas?
