LEMON VARIETY - told a LemonMandarin, or Bush Lemon, or Rough Lemon, but not sure

Been tying for ages to pin down exactly the lemon variety I have.
Its thick skinned, slightly sweeter than normal lemon.
The other strange thing is it segments like a mandarin, not like a normal lemon. (see pictures)

It is exactly the same as my lemon, which is a bush lemon. Mine grew from the stock on which the cultivar was grafted. It shot and I didn’t get around to pruning. Bush lemon is often used for root stock, and I’ve since found I prefer its fruit to the cultivar. The botanical name for bush lemon I believe to be Citrus limon jambhiri.
