  Roses Continue

  Rosa - Climbing Rose - 'Joseph's Coat' Blooming, Corner garden , and Back Along the Fence garden
  Despite looking very straggly because of all the rain, and losing leaves from black spot and mildew, the rose continues to bloom.

  The first RI Reds for 2009

  Rosa - Climbing Rose - Rhode Island Red Blooming, Welcome garden , and Back Along the Fence garden
  Before the rains got to them, these started to bloom nicely and had lots more buds. The bush has climbed about 2/3 of the way up the trellis.

  First Rose
