Fertilizing those herbs with true leaves

So the peppers are starting to sprout. One pot of the spinach seed has failed, well at least one of the seeds in the pot failed. This was one of the flowers in a bouquet that my Mom received. I’m curious if I can propagate this plant with a cutting. The flower is about 1/2 inch wide and has pine-like leaves on a woody stem. Here’s another photo of the flowers. Does anyone know what this plant is?
