Growing Sacred Red from seed

Nick dimple end until u see white/beige. Use a file, concrete floor, sandpaper, Stanley knife, etc; put in glass of water. It will swell up and then send a leaf up. Best planted when 2-3 leaves. Anchor seed at soil lvl on pot edge. It will grow around in a circle with a grow tip. Submerge in water body

Sow at a depth of approx. 1.98 inches (5.08 cm) and aim for a distance of at least 2.64 feet (81.28 cm) between Sacred lotus plants. Soil temperature should be kept higher than 20°C / 68°F to ensure good germination.
