Garden Gladiolus 'Willy Wonka'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Willy Wonka is thought of as half hardy, so it will require protection in frosts and low temperatures. Try to keep the ph of your soil between the range of 6.7 and 7.0 as Willy Wonka likes to be in weakly acidic soil - neutral soil.

Sow at a depth of approx. 4.29 inches (11.0 cm) and aim for a distance of at least 7.02 inches (18.0 cm) between Garden Gladiolus plants.

Ensure that temperatures are mild (minimum night temperatures should be around 2°C / 36°F) and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Willy Wonka is a half hardy plant.

This variety tends to be ready for harvesting by mid summer.
