This plant can be grown in zone 9 kept in a container and protecting it from the winter. Can be kept indoors if it receives sun, so should be placed by a window.

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water very sparingly. Keep in mind when planting that Harry Potter is thought of as half hardy, so it will need cloching or fleece protection when the temperature dips. Ensure your soil has a ph of between 6.6 and 7.8 as Harry Potter is a weakly acidic soil - weakly alkaline soil loving plant.
