How to grow Lantana 'New Gold'
Plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to apply water fairly sparingly. Keep in mind when planting that New Gold is thought of as half hardy, so it will require protection in frosts and low temperatures. Planting New Gold in loamy, sandy and potting mix soil with a ph of between 6.1 and 7.8 is ideal for as it does best in weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil.
Growing New Gold from seed
Soil temperature should be kept higher than 20°C / 68°F to ensure good germination.
Transplanting New Gold
As New Gold is half hardy, ensure temperatures are mild enough to plant out - wait until after your last frost date to be on the safe side.

The botanical epithet is from the Latin camara meaning “like an eye”, “creamy” or “bi-color”.
