Tomatillo 'Toma Verde'

Plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water often. Keep in mind when planting that Toma Verde is thought of as tender, so it is really important to ensure that the outside temperature is well above freezing before planting or moving outdoors. Ensure your soil is loamy and has a ph of between 6.0 and 7.0 as Tomatillo is a weakly acidic soil to neutral soil loving plant.

Look to ensure a distance 2.47 feet (76.0 cm) between seeds when sowing - bury at a depth of at least 0.58 inches (1.5 cm) deep. Soil temperature should be kept higher than 24°C / 75°F to ensure good germination.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Toma Verde is a tender plant.
