Broccoli 'Bonanza'

Bonanza likes a position of partial sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Bonanza is thought of as tender, so it is really important to ensure that the outside temperature is well above freezing before planting or moving outdoors. Bonanza needs a loamy and sandy soil with a ph of 6.2 to 7.2 (weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil).

Look to ensure a distance 5.85 inches (15.0 cm) between seeds when sowing - bury at a depth of at least 0.51 inches (1.3 cm) deep. Soil temperature should be kept higher than 10°C / 50°F to ensure good germination.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Bonanza is a tender plant.
