Delicious sprouts and leaves, the stems are too woody to eat, however. It takes a lot of plants to harvest enough ongoing sprouts for a family of 4, however.

Grew well and consistently. Medium sized heads, but very prolific side shoots! You end up getting the same amount of broccoli as the larger head varieties in the end. I will use this again.

my only complaint is it takes up a lot of space relative to the size of the harvest. However this is mostly during the winter when the space is not needed. Really excellent flavor, superior to store bought veggies
