I received a small piece of rhizome for this Iris from a swap. It was planted in Gnomeville in the right center.
‘Lady Friend’ (Joseph Ghio, registered 1980). Seedling 76-126-O. TB, height 38" (97 cm), Very Early to Early Bloomer. Garnet red; red beard. ‘Indian Territory’ X ‘Countryman’. Bay View Gardens 1981. Honorable Mention 1983; Award of Merit 1985.
