I love Fuchsia, but always figured it was a rather expensive annual. I bought one at Avant Gardens, that was on sale, and in the long run cost me $2. There was no tag so I’m not sure of the exact cultivar. Speaking with the staff there, this Fuchsia is hardy to zone 7 and can be overwintered in the the house, treated as a house plant. I potted it in a hanging pot, and it is hanging from a lower branch of the Cedar tree.
