rainymountain's Clematis 'Emilia Plater'

I am fairly certain that this is Emilia Plater, it certainly fits the description although I had it recorded as planted in the big container.
“Excellent classic variety”, blooming in masses of pale violet-blue, semi-nodding flowers with a darker central bar. Bred by Brother Stefan Franczak, and named after a famous Polish freedom fighter. The only Clematis to receive the 2002 British Clematis Society ‘Certificate of Merit’. Repeat bloomer, following a mid to late summer show with more blooms in early fall, even in partial shade or less than perfect soil conditions. “One tough cookie”; 8-10 ft high; Z 5 at least; pruning group C
