I suspect it’s a calamondin (sometimes called a miniature orange). Calamondins are usually grown as an ornamental plant, I think yuzus get very large (tree like).

I find it difficult sometimes identifying the English/Scientific name for many fruits/veggies that my relatives would know in Chinese. It becomes quite a treasure hunt. :)
