This is the type of rose Swedes use for its rose hips. They make nyponsoppa out of it. The hips with the seeds in them are no longer fresh, but I believe they will still germinate if they’re soaked out of the hip and cold-stratified. Although I only have 4 plants left due to my own neglect, my germination rate was high. It was just that I didn’t take good enough care of them once they’d sprouted…
