I bought ‘Crepuscule’ in 2003 as part of a group of 10 roses I bought during an outing to a rose nursery,
about an hours drive from where I live. I was in Rose Heaven. There were rows and rows of roses in a large field and I got to choose my plants. The price was very reasonable, direct from the nursery, hence I was able to purchase this many.
I read books about roses and made lists of ones that appealed to me and that seemed suited to my growing conditions.
‘Crepuscule’ was earmarked for my ‘apricot’ garden against the shed wall and that’s where it is.
It has been a huge success.
It is always in flower, even thru our winter. It is a healthy, vigorous plant with beautiful flowers.
I pick the flowers often to add to arrangements with other flowers or display their own.
