Plant: Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) | 0 | Neutral

Bought last summer, let it die of lack of water, left it outside in its plastic 4-inch pot all winter in temps that went down to below 20 F with snow and an inch of ice for a week in midwinter. And this spring it had new green leaves on the old, apparently dead stems.
