I do remember being told that this grass was very vigorous and invasive, so I put it in a planter to keep it from taking over.
Each year it dies down over winter, I thought I’d killed it at first, but then each year it comes back again. I’m sure it needs filling out and repotting, so I suppose I’ll get round to it this year.
It is actually a pond marginal plant, so I don’t know how it has managed to survive in a largely unwatered container. I’ll see if it perks up if I water it this year :-)
