This appeared this year? It is different from Anna’s although having the same flower shape with short curled over spurs but not so high, maybe 12", and is a navy-blue with a distinct white centre to the bell running down the ridges inside and giving a paler bottom edge to the petals. It is growing north of Crimson Star.
