What kind of special care does it require? Mine gets sad and gangly looking fast. Do you mist it?

It doesn’t seem to require any special care. I just stuck it in the potting mix and it grew like mad. I make sure to use a good handful once a week or more to keep it under control. It gets seasol every second week and a spray with a pesticidal oil (which one depends on what I’ve got) on the non-seasol weeks.
It really doesn’t seem to need much care – maybe it’s the regular chopping that’s keeping it healthy?

if the leaves are going yellow then i would suspect a nutrient deficiency of some sort – probably nitrogen, but i’m no expert. is seasol a complete fertiliser or some specific type?

Seasol is a seaweed based… (checks internet)… plant tonic. Huh. I had thought it was fertiliser, but apparently it’s actually quite low in NPK.
I’ll put some lupin mulch and rotted manure around it and see if that makes the difference.
Good catch!
