I planted this, but an animal dug up the area. A week later, I put in transplants. I will keep this in case the seedlings do emerge.

Try for a seed spacing of at approx. 0.98 inches (2.5 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.51 inches (1.3 cm) if planning to sow direct.

Chives is known for growing to a height of approximately 45.0 cm (1.46 feet) so ensure you have enough space in your garden for this plant.
