Alongside the main path.
Forms a very low carpet of rounded, waxy-looking deep green leaves. Clusters of fragrant white flowers held above in spring, 2-4"h. Shear after blooming. Quick spreading, good for dry, gritty areas, full sun. z 3-9
Also sold as a ‘stepable’.
Good to identify this plant at last, my A-Z doesn’t seem to include it.
