Thinned again Lacinato Kale Harvesting and Vegetable garden

Thinned - fritatta Lacinato Kale Harvesting and Vegetable garden
Plants are about 12-14 inches tall now. I thinned them out and used the thinnings in a fritatta with bacon and carrots. Probably one more thinning in a couple weeks before I just start letting them mature and harvesting the leaves only.
